Pacific voices
We believe in the power of bicycles. Cycling enables close, and authentic encounters, and that is exactly what we want to experience on our bike journey from North to South America. Pacific Voices combines cycling adventures with a commitment to global solidarity. Along the way, we visit initiatives and people who are committed to climate justice, global solidarity, and peaceful coexistence. We will pass regions, which are suffering already severily from the impacts of the climate crisis. We will document and share those stories.
This is an invitation to travel and think along with us – and perhaps to rethink. Perhaps to change.
Listen and share
We want to bring attention to the voices of people affected by the climate crisis and those from the Global South, whose version of the story often finds no place. The people we meet will speak for themselves about their strategies, their challenges and their ways of maintaining hope. Our task is to listen, to document and to share.
Our goal is to build bridges between the Global North and the Global South, between personal adventures and global responsibility.
