When he’s not cycling on a bike, he’s running across mountain ridges or enjoying his homemade croissants with honey, he’s collected from his bees. He’s a passionate food saver, volunteering at different organisations to reduce food waste. His optimistic attitude carries him with a big smile through the highest peaks and the lowest valleys – both in mountain terrain and in life.
